The Libyan delegation is preparing to compete in the Paris Summer Olympics, after the Libyan delegation management supervising the sports delegation in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games completed all procedures and arrangements for the delegation participating in the Olympics, according to the Libyan Olympic Committee's Facebook page. The first to arrive from the Libyan sports delegation in Paris was the Libyan national shooting team, where athlete Mohammed Ben Dala will participate in the ten-meter air pistol shooting competitions. After the shooting delegation arrived in Paris, it headed to the French city of Chittor, where the shooting competitions will be held in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. It is noteworthy that Libya will be represented by a sports delegation of 18 people representing five sports, including athletes, coaches, administrators, and one media professional who will be present at the Olympic event. Libya is participating in the Games with six athletes representing five sports, according to the official page of the Olympic Committee on Facebook. The athletes are: Mohammed Ben Dala in shooting, who will participate in the ten-meter air pistol shooting competitions, and Mohammed Bakra, a rower. Abu Zriba is ready to appear in the weightlifting competitions In the men's individual weightlifting competitions, Ahmed Abu Zriba will participate in the 102 kg weight competitions, and Ahmed Al-Sabai in athletics will compete in the 100-meter race. As for Youssef Ashraf, he will participate in the swimming competitions in the 100-meter freestyle swimming races, and with him Malak Mukhtar in the women's element, who will participate in the 100-meter backstroke swimming competitions. The Libyan sports mission in the upcoming Olympic Games Paris 2024 will be headed by the First Deputy of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Olympic Committee, Mohsen Al-Sabai, and the Libyan shooting champion, Mohammed bin Dala, will raise the Libyan flag in the global participation, in appreciation of his success as the first to qualify from Libya in Paris 2024.
